The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling area, within walking distance to all the major attractions. The public areas downstairs are beautifully decorated with antique furniture, giving a charming and historical ambiance. the staff are lovely and the rooms are quaint and authentic, providing an iconic old-fashioned experience.
The bathroom window was stuck open and even the staff couldn't close it, which was quite inconvenient.

Quirky antique furniture, central location, and surprisingly quiet. Friendly staff, effortless room change. Gorgeous rooms, comfy beds, beautiful baths. Great lounges for relaxing or working. Fresh flowers, extra biscuits, fluffy towels. Convenient for Threatreland.

What a good historical boutique hotel! Amazing service, friendly staff, and beautiful rooms with sumptuous furnishings. The Duke of Monmouth Suite was a true gem with its fine bath and rooftop terrace. The location was great, with a quiet atmosphere despite being in busy Soho. The breakfast was delicious, and the small details like fresh flowers and extra biscuits added a special touch. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough!
Nothing, everything was great.

During my recent stay at Hazlitt's, I was kinda surprised by the attention to detail and warm atmosphere. The hotel exuded a comforting ambiance, with its beautifully decorated Christmas theme and cozy fireplaces. The Library, with its well-stocked bar and inviting couches, was a perfect spot to unwind. My room, the Charles Lamb, was quaint and quirky, providing a comfortable and peaceful haven. The breakfast and afternoon tea trays were a good addition, and the staff were great too ensure my needs were met. The excellent location was a bonus, with easy access to the underground and various attractions. I highly recommend this charming hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very attentive and friendly, especially Anastacia. The location was perfect, close to a good Tube stop and central to theatres. The hotel facilities were great, including a comfortable library with a nightcap from the well-stocked honesty bar. The breakfast was delicious and high-quality, with options like smoked salmon bagels, smoothies, and coffee. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect.
Can't think of anything.

They were always available but never intrusive, creating a relaxed and homely atmosphere. The hotel itself had a beautiful vintage aesthetic, with cozy drawing rooms where we could relax and unwind. Plus, the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the convenience of having a tube station and bus stops just a short walk away.
Although the hotel is located in a busy part of the city, it would have been great if they had better insulated windows to minimize the noise disturbance.

We absolutely loved staying here for three nights. The location is perfect - right in the heart of a great area with plenty of restaurants, coffee places, bars, pubs and clubs around the corner. The bedroom was very comfortable and we appreciated the generously sized toiletries. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful including reception staff and bar staff who were perfect for a quiet drink with our guest.
